Clear rules for fair competitions

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VoticaGH, including organizer dashboards, public voting pages, payment flows, USSD channels, and related services.

By creating an account, publishing an event, casting a vote, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

VoticaGH provides software infrastructure for online and offline voting. Organizers control their events, branding, pricing, contestants, and published results settings.

We are not the promoter of every competition on the platform. Each organizer is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and fairness of their event.

If you run an event on VoticaGH, you agree to:

Voters must use the platform honestly and only cast votes they are authorized to cast.

Contestants and applicants must submit truthful registration information and respect organizer review decisions.

Paid votes are collected in Ghana Cedis through Paystack and related payment rails. Applicable processing fees, platform fees, and commission settings are shown in the dashboard or checkout flow.

Payout timing depends on verification, event status, fraud review, and Paystack settlement rules. We may delay or withhold payouts when fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected.

You may not use VoticaGH to run unlawful competitions, mislead voters, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable voting when we reasonably believe these terms, payment partner rules, or applicable law have been violated.

VoticaGH retains all rights in the platform software, branding, and underlying technology. Organizers retain rights to their own logos, event content, and contestant materials, subject to the license needed to host and display that content on the platform.

You grant VoticaGH a limited license to host, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate the service.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific vote volumes, or particular financial outcomes for any event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoticaGH disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

VoticaGH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid to VoticaGH for the affected workspace in the twelve months before the claim, except where a different limit is required by law.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or remain inactive in violation of plan rules.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
